The Soomi Guarantee: 90 days, no questions asked.
We are so confident that Soomi EsoRepair will transform your relationship with your esophagus, that we take the risk — not you.
Try it for 90 full days. If you don't notice your esophagus feeling calmer, if you don't sleep better, if you don't feel that something is finally repairing instead of just blocking — we'll give you every penny back. No complicated forms. No fine print. No awkward questions.
1. Guarantee Period
You have 90 calendar days from your order delivery date (not purchase date) to request a refund.
2. What does the guarantee cover?
✅ Covers:
- Product dissatisfaction for any reason
- No perceived results after consistent use
- Change of mind
✅ Applies to:
- Open and partially used bottles
- Unopened bottles
- Individual orders and bundles (1+1, 2+1, 3+2, 4+3)
❌ Does not cover:
- Orders placed more than 90 days after delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized platforms or sellers (only trysoomi.com and official partners)
- Returns without first contacting support
- Shipping costs of the product to the customer (original shipping)
3. How to request your refund
The process is simple. Three steps:
Step 1. Send us an email to soporte@trysoomi.com with the subject: "Refund request – [Your order number]"
Step 2. We will respond within 24-48 business hours confirming receipt of your request and, if applicable, return instructions.
Step 3. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within the next 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for it to actually appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Do I need to return the product?
For 1 bottle: It is not necessary to return it. We process the refund directly, and you can discard or keep the bottle.
For bundles (2+ bottles): We will ask you to return the unopened bottles to an address we will provide. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Once received, we process the refund within 5-10 business days.
5. Partial refunds
In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Product received with visible damage not reported within the first 48 hours after delivery.
- Orders where one part of the bundle is claimed and another is not.
6. Undelivered orders
If tracking marks your order as delivered but you never received it, please review our Shipping Policy for the procedure. We do not issue automatic refunds for undelivered orders without first opening a claim with the carrier.
7. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you purchased a monthly subscription:
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to soporte@trysoomi.com.
- Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- The 90-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription order. Subsequent recurring orders are governed by the standard 30-day return policy.
8. Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives with broken bottles, violated seals, or any manufacturing defect:
- Take photos of the damage within the first 48 hours of receiving it.
- Send the photos to soporte@trysoomi.com.
- We will send you a free replacement or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.
9. Disputed charges (chargebacks)
Before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact us first. 99% of problems are resolved directly with our support team in less than 48 hours. Formal disputes without prior contact can significantly delay your refund.
